TYPES OF SESSIONS
We have three main types of sessions you can book:
1. BOXING PERSONAL TRAINING
ONE ON ONE OR SMALL GROUP SESSIONS
Here at the Lab we teach the sweet science of boxing in private lessons & small groups in which you can get optimal results from.
We focus on skills development, proper technique and fitness/conditioning. Your instructor Rufo has extensive experience in boxing as both as a fighter and a coach and can create a personalised program that gets you results fast.
Whether you’re a complete beginner with fitness and self defence goals or an already established fighter looking to sharpen your skills, we can help with an individualised program that is suited to getting you the results you want.
2. KICKBOXING PERSONAL TRAINING
ONE ON ONE OR SMALL GROUP SESSIONS
We teach kickboxing in a one on one or small group environment of 2 or 3 people. We focus on skills development, proper technique and fitness/conditioning.
Whether you’re a complete beginner with fitness and self defence goals or an already established fighter looking to sharpen your skills, we can help with an individualised program that is suited to getting you the results you want.
3. GROUP BOXING, KICKBOXING & FITNESS SESSIONS
GROUPS OF ANY SIZE
The Lab can provide boxing and fitness training to private, community and government organisations as a once off or on an ongoing basis. We will help your group get in shape, build confidence and learn self defence with a tailored program to meet your requirements.
In the past Coach Rufo has put together programs for a variety of organisations, including local government sports programs, schools, disability support groups, police organisations and prisons. Please just contact us to get your group training today!
4. SPECIAL NEEDS SESSION
ONE ON ONE OR SMALL GROUPS
At The Lab, we take pride in fostering an inclusive environment where everyone, regardless of their abilities or special needs, can experience the transformative benefits of boxing and fitness training. Our dedicated coach, Rufo, specialises in creating tailored programs for individuals with disabilities such as ADHD, OHD, OCD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and more.
We take the time to understand the unique requirements and abilities of each participant, ensuring that our classes are accommodating and empowering. By prioritising individualised attention and support, we strive to enhance physical well-being, build confidence, and provide a safe space for personal growth.
