1. GROUP BOXING CLASSES

TRAIN HARD. IMPROVE TOGETHER.

Our signature boxing and kickboxing class combines technique, fitness, strength and conditioning in a supportive team environment.

Whether you’re stepping into a gym for the first time or have years of experience, every session is designed to challenge you, improve your skills and help you become fitter, stronger and more confident.

2. MUM'S/FEMALE ONLY BOXING CLASSES

STRONGER MIND. STRONGER BODY.

A welcoming daytime class designed for mums who want to improve their fitness, build strength and enjoy a great workout in a relaxed and supportive atmosphere.

Whether you’re new to exercise or already active, this class provides an opportunity to train, de-stress and connect with other like-minded women while working towards your health and fitness goals.

3. TEEN BOXING CLASSES (12 - 16 years)

DISCIPLINE. RESPECT. CONFIDENCE.

The Lab can provide boxing and fitness training to private, community and government organisations as a once off or on an ongoing basis. We will help your group get in shape, build confidence and learn self defence with a tailored program to meet your requirements.

In the past Coach Rufo has put together programs for a variety of organisations, including local government sports programs, schools, disability support groups, police organisations and prisons. Please just contact us to get your group training today!

4. KIDS CLASSES (7 to 11 Years)

LEARN. GROW. BELIEVE.

Our Kids Classes provide a fun and engaging introduction to boxing and kickboxing for children aged 7–11.

Through games, drills and age-appropriate training, children develop coordination, balance, fitness and confidence while learning important values such as respect, focus and teamwork in a safe and supportive environment.

5. OPEN GYM

TRAIN WITHOUT LIMITS

Through games,Open Gym gives members the flexibility to train at their own pace using the gym’s equipment and facilities.

Whether you’re working on technique, bag work, conditioning, mobility or simply getting in some extra training, these sessions provide the freedom to focus on your individual goals in a supportive gym environment. drills and age-appropriate training, children develop coordination, balance, fitness and confidence while learning important values such as respect, focus and teamwork in a safe and supportive environment.

6. SPARRING INVITATIONAL

CONTROLLED. COMPETITIVE. RESPECTFUL.

Our Sparring Invitational sessions are designed for members who are ready to further develop their boxing skills through controlled and supervised sparring. 

The focus is on learning, technique, timing and ring awareness rather than simply winning exchanges. These sessions help build confidence, improve practical skills and provide valuable experience in a safe and respectful environment.
